I've been dealing with them since 2022 and have sent over 1000 shipments and the service was good to acceptable, but unfortunately over the last 6 months the dealings have become very difficult and unprofessional. There's confusion over shipments between customers and unacceptable delays of up to 7 days in 70% of shipments and the customer service is complete. We are sorry and apologize and they will expedite the process but in practice there are no procedures.

Unfortunately, this is the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. They have no respect for customers, no delivery deadlines, and their representatives are unreliable.

It's okay, but you have to pay an additional fee for every 1000 dinars of orders, and this is unfortunate.

The company is excellent, but this branch is not up to the service level. The transactions are difficult and slow. I don’t know if it’s the worst thing, whether it’s a lack of experience or a lot of work for a small number of people.

It was a good start and their approach was respectful until now, but their goal has become to store goods more than their interest in delivering to the customer. Sometimes they call the customer only once, and I talk and communicate with him, the customer, even though this is their specialty, and I stay on my nerves to avoid a mistake that happened, because of not calling back the customer and returning the goods, which caused it to be lost.
